Applying for an AHC with The Travel Cert Vet

This is a 'click and collect' Animal Health Certificate service with collection points in North and West Yorkshire. Please book an appointment online on your chosen collection date.

The appointment must be at least 21 days after your pet's primary rabies vaccination (where the date of rabies vaccination is day 0) and within 10 days of entry to the EU (the date of issue is day 1).

Please ask your usual vet to send details of your pet's rabies vaccine (including and evidence your pet's chip was scanned at the time of vaccination) directly from their email to our email (letsgo@thetravelcertvet.co.uk)

Please pay the invoice on receipt, and fill out the form sent to you via email so I have all the information required to generate your animal health certificate (NB. You don't need to upload your rabies vaccine information here, we need to receive this from your vets directly).

At the time of appointment, we will need to meet the owner travelling with the pet (or reuniting with them within 5 days), or the person authorised in writing by the owner to travel with the pet, as well as the pet. This is so we can scan the pet's microchip and witness you sign the declaration.
